REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
"HAPPY CUSTOMERS" IS OUR PRIORITY!
We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. An email reflecting your desire for a return and/or exchange is required. Please read below for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance through USPS. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with your original receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS:
Items purchased online through Danna Laine Design must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Sale and promotional items may not be refunded, however, they may be exchanged for store credit. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Our warranty does not provide for replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

- Date of Purchase
- Product Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Requesting the Refund
EXCHANGES:
Items purchased online through Danna Laine Design must be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Our warranty does not provide for replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

- Replacement Item Requested or if Online Store Credit is Preferred
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, please:
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at dannalainedesign@gmail.com.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We do, however, offer an online store credit on returned sale items for the sale price amount.
